Refund policy
Damages or Wrong Item Sent. I take great care to pack and wrap all pieces very carefully, and to date, I have never had a shipment damaged in transit. On arrival please inspect both packaging and the art inside. If something is damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, take photographs and contact me IMMEDIATELY helenfrenchart@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Change of Mind Returns. I hope that you will love your new artwork as much as I do. However I do understand that sometimes it's just not the right piece for your room. In this case, I offer a strict 7 day return policy - ie you have 7 days after receiving your shipment to contact me at helenfrenchart@gmail.com to REQUEST A RETURN. If your return is accepted, you will be sent instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping cost is yours to pay. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a Change of Mind return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and very carefully repacked in its original packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the cost of the original shipping, and any PayPal or credit card fees.
