Series:  Slow Memory

Fading Light is a soft ,gentle atmospheric suggestion of landscape and place at the end of a warm summer's day.  It brings to mind my memories of sunny places, summer holidays, days on the beach, walks through the coastal landscape.  It always felt warm, soft, relaxing and happy.

This piece is on a cradled wood panel, the sides have been painted black, and is ready to hang as is.  But it could also lend itself to an additional float frame in either natural oak, or in black stained oak.  If you would like me to have it framed for you, please get in touch through the Contact page.
